These terms govern your use of lookfoundme.com and our apps (the “Platform”), operated by [COMPANY NAME] (“LookFoundMe”, “we”). By using the Platform you accept these terms.

In the Israel the Platform is currently a demo. The stores shown are demo stores created by LookFoundMe, prices are illustrative and nothing can be bought.

1. What we do

LookFoundMe is a search and price-comparison service. We do not sell products. We help you find and compare products sold by retailers and send you to the retailer’s website to buy. The retailer is responsible for the sale, payment, delivery, returns, warranty and your consumer rights.

2. Prices and availability

Product, price and stock information comes from retailers and is refreshed periodically, so it may differ from the retailer’s site. The price and terms on the retailer’s website always apply.

3. AI-generated information

Search interpretation (“We understood: …”), watch-type labels (e.g. “Dress watch”) and occasion categories are produced with AI and may be wrong. Please check product details on the retailer’s site before buying.

4. Affiliate links

Some links to retailers may be affiliate links; we may earn a commission when you buy. This does not change your price or the order of search results. Any sponsored placement is clearly labelled “Sponsored”.

5. Accounts

Accounts are free and for people aged 18+.
You are responsible for keeping your password safe.
You can close your account at any time with “Delete my account”.

6. Acceptable use

Do not overload the Platform with automated tools, try to bypass security, open accounts in someone else’s name or use the Platform unlawfully.

7. Intellectual property

The Platform’s design, software and the LookFoundMe name belong to us. Product names, brand names, logos and product photos belong to their owners and are shown only to identify products. To request removal of content, email hello@lookfoundme.com.

8. Liability

The Platform is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for retailers’ products, prices or services, or for interruptions of the Platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
